At OJEE FOUNDATION FOR PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT (OFPD), our mission is to cultivate a culture of peace, understanding, and nonviolence. We envision a world where individuals, communities, and societies coexist in harmony, upholding human rights, justice, and peaceful conflict resolution. To achieve this, we employ a multi-faceted approach: - Educating and raising awareness on peace, tolerance, and understanding - Building capacity through training and community-led initiatives - Advocating for policies promoting peace, justice, and human rights - Supporting innovative peacebuilding research Guided by our core values – respect, nonviolence, empowerment, inclusivity, transparency, and accountability – we collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build a more just and peaceful world. Together, let's create a world where peace, love, and understanding thrive.
Our Impact.
Our Impact We believe that every individual deserves access to basic necessities and opportunities. Through our programs and services, we've made a tangible difference in the lives of: - 10,000 individuals in Nigeria, providing them with vital support and resources. - 1,000 vulnerable persons, offering them a safe haven through our orphanage home. - 5 communities in Lagos, empowering them with tools and resources for sustainable growth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we expanded our reach to support schools nationwide, providing essential supplies to 1,000 students, including: - Notebooks and educational materials - School fees and scholarships - Backpacks, socks, and other vital necessities Our commitment to creating positive change continues to drive us forward.

Program Manager
Oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of foundation programs. Ensures initiatives align with the organization's mission and have a meaningful impact.

Fundraising Manager
Implements fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the foundation’s programs. Builds relationships between sponsors, and partners to sustain funding.

Community Outreach Coordinator
Engages with local communities to understand their needs and ensure the foundation’s programs effectively address them. Organizes events, partnerships, and volunteer activities.

Operation Manager
Manages the daily operations of the foundation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Oversees administrative tasks, logistics, and internal processes to support smooth program execution.

Advocacy Officer
Leads awareness campaigns and policy advocacy efforts to promote the foundation’s mission. Works with stakeholders, government agencies, and media to amplify social impact.
